Interviewer Facilitator training: this two day course will help you learn how to conduct the one hour spiritual gifts interview and also how to better facilitate the small group discernment process in your own church. Prerequistites for attending the Interviewer Training:
Attended the Called & Gifted workshop or listened to the workshop on CD
Taken the Catholic Spiritual Gifts Inventory
Had a one hour gifts interview by a trained CSI interviewer
Done some personal discernment

Taught by: Dc. Mark A. Cesnik, O.P. began teaching for the Catherine of Siena Institute in 2005. He is a life professed tertiary member of the Order of Preachers (Dominicans) and a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.A. – Journalism) and the University of San Francisco (M.A. – theology / pastoral ministry). Mark has earned a certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Redemptorist-run Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction. He is a permanent deacon in the Diocese of Tucson. Mark spent more than 20 years as a marketing, advertising and public relations executive with public utility and large health care organizations and served on the senior staff of Catholic Charities in Tucson. Aside from teaching for the Institute, he does communications consulting work for non-profit groups and teaches deep-water aerobics at a Tucson fitness club.
