Training for Leaders

The Catherine of Siena Institute offers an 8-hour training for parishes and dioceses who wish to train leaders for Ananias Training. Over the course of this training, we cover:

• Who is the ideal candidate for Ananias Training?
• How do you help people prepare for Ananias Training?
• What are some of the best practices, tips and creative ways Ananias Training is being used?
• How can Ananias Training transform the spiritual climate of your parish/diocese/apostolate through
  • training individuals for formal accompaniment
  • training individuals for informal accompaniment?

Because the leadership training builds upon a working knowledge of Ananias Training, each leader must first have completed Ananias Training themselves. If you are new to Ananias Training, contact us and we can help you prepare your leader candidates for this specialized training.
