  Bert (Roberta) lives and works in the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan. She has had a diverse work life, moving from the medical and dental world into parish ministry approximately 20 years ago. That in turn led her to a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and a Master’s Degree from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. Currently she serves as the program director at the Lansing’s St. Francis Retreat Center. Married to her high school sweetheart for 43 years, mother of two adult sons, with more fun hobbies than time to enjoy them!
