The answer is simple: to make accessible and available the tools which we create, especially for parishes and dioceses whose size and/or remote location make it difficult for them to bring in a live workshop or event. The platform is designed so that small groups in parishes can use technology to support them as they learn about the charisms.

Live Workshop Overview
The Called & Gifted Live Workshop is the traditional format for our presenation. The Live Workshop brings our educators to your door, where they will lead your attendees through a one day experience of learning about the charisms of the Holy Spirit. Two presenters can serve up to 300 participants.

Called & Gifted Online: Parishes Overview
Using our Learning Platform, parishes can subscribe for one year, and utilize the video instruction and participant materials to offer the Called & Gifted Process at your parish.
Requirements:- At least one parish leader who has gone through the C&G three step process and Team Training (four individuals are ideal).
- Upon completion of Team Training, they also will be able to conduct gifts interviews (Step Two) and lead the discernment process (Step Three) for the parish

Called & Gifted: Individuals Overview
Individuals may utilze our Learning Platform as well. This is a great option for personal growth, or for use in a small group, outside of parish efforts.
Individuals recieve:- One-time use of the inventory
- Print materials for both the introductory workshop and Discernment in Depth

How Can I bring Called & Gifted to my community?
How can I bring the Called & Gifted discernment process to my community?
Called & Gifted™ introductory workshops can be beneficial for:- parish and diocesan staff
- Catholic school teachers, DREs and catechists
- diocesan priests and seminarians
- religious
- young adults/campus ministry
- Please note: The Catherine of Siena Institute does not authorize the use of the inventory for anyone under the age of 20. Studies over the past 25 years, with over 200,000 individuals completing the inventory, have shown that teen results are most often indicative of natural talents and desires, not actual spiritual gifts. There is also a cautionary note to be made: at this developmental stage, teens should be encouraged to experiment and explore vs hone in on a specific area. Vocational specialists affirm this approach: too narrow a focus too early can actually thwart the discernment of one's personal vocation.
