Called & Gifted Team Training is for:
-those who wish to provide the second and third parts of the Called & Gifted discernment process after a live workshop;
-those who wish to offer the full Called & Gifted discernment process in small groups using either the audio or video teaching.

In order to attend a Team Training , one must complete the following prerequisites:

1. Part One: Introductory Workshop. You can either attend a live workshop or use the individual or small group study materials.
2. Part Two: Gifts Interview. This is a specialized one-hour conversation with an interviewer certified by the Catherine of Siena Institute.
3. Part Three: Discernment in Depth. You should have experimented with at least one charism using the discernment process outlined in Discernment in Depth, either in a small group (preferred) or on my own.
4. Be in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment Training requirements as it may apply to working with vulnerable adults.  
5. Submitt a letter of recommendation from your pastor to attend this training.
