Small group leaders for Part One will be equipped to use the streaming video platform provided under a subscription agreement.

To effectively implement the Called & Gifted process in a parish, region or diocese, takes a team. In our experience, at team of at least four persons who have completed Team Training make for a fruitful implementation.
In order to attend a Team Training, one must complete the following prerequisites:
1. Part One: Introductory Workshop. You can either attend a live workshop or use the individual or small group study materials. 2. Part Two: Gifts Interview. This is a specialized one-hour conversation with an interviewer certified by the Catherine of Siena Institute. 3. Part Three: Discernment in Depth. You should have experimented with at least one charism using the discernment process outlined in Discernment in Depth, either in a small group (preferred) or on my own. 4. Be in compliance with your diocesan Safe Environment Training requirements as it may apply to working with vulnerable adults. 5. Submit a letter of recommendation from your pastor to attend this training.
Please note: Acceptance to a training site is contingent upon the approval of the Director for Parish and Diocesan Services, Catherine of Siena Institute.

This training does not qualify one to teach the introductory workshop but to lead the process using the audio or video versions to supply the actual teaching. Live teachers work directly for the Institute and require extensive training above and beyond Team Training. For more information, contact Katherine Coolidge.
